GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA Notification G. O. Ms No. 12 Revenue (CT-II) , dated February 14, 2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6D) of section 25 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Telangana Act No. 23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the council hereby makes the following amendment in the notification issued in G. O. Ms. No. 67, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dated August 3, 2021, namely : In the said notification, in the first paragraph after the words hereby notifies that the provisions of , the words, brackets, figure and letter sub-section (6A) or shall be inserted. 2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 24th day of September, 2021.
