Ms. No. 152, Revenue (Commercial Taxes), 15th April, 2024. ] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued in G.O.Ms. No. 20, Revenue (CT) Department, dated 19.01.2024, namely: AMENDMENT In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted.
