REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES) ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICE TAX ACT 2017 (ACT No. 16 OF 2017) - NOTIFICATION OF THE REVISED JURISDICTIONS OF THE APPELLATE AUTHORITIES. [ G.O.Ms.No. 63, Revenue (Commercial Taxes), 19th February, 2024 .] Government, in partial modifications of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms. No. 504, Revenue (CT-I) Dept., Dt.01.07.2022, hereby revise the jurisdiction of the (2) Appellate Authorities as shown in the below table until such time a full-fledged Appellate Office is established at Visakhapatnam. Appellate Authority at Tirupati Appellate Authority at Vijayawada Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa, Chittoor and Nellore Commercial Taxes Divisions Guntur-I, Guntur-II, Vijayawada- 1, Vijayawada-2, Vijayawada-3, Eluru, Rajamahendravaram, Kakinada, Visakhapatnam-1, Visakhapatnam-2 and Vizianagaram Commercial Taxes Divisions. This notification shall come into force with effect from 01.03.2024. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (HR.II) Department vide their U.O.
