GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 15 th July, 2024 G.S.R. 404 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018 , namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018, in Annexure, for Form No. BEN-2 , the following Form shall be substituted, namely: [F. No. 1/1/2018 CL-V] (Manoj Pandey) Additional Secretary to the Government of India Note: The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Part Il, Extra ordinary, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 561(E), dated the 13th June, 2018 and last amended, vide number G.S.R. 466(E), dated 1 st July, 2019 .
