Seeks to amend the Notification No. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-II-117 dated 20.09.2018 regarding reduction of rate of TCS - F.12(1)FD/Tax/2024-89 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: July 19, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification no. F. 12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-II-117, dated the 20th September, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, for the words half per cent. , the figure and word 0.25 per cent. shall be substituted. 2.
