Notification No. 03/2024-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the GST Council, is pleased to rescind the notification of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, No. 30/2023-State Tax, dated the 18th September, 2023, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-5/2023, dated the 30th September, 2023, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
