GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE Appointment of member of the West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling NOTIFICATION No. 1142-F.T., the 18th day of July, 2024. In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint Shri Joyjit Banik, Additional Commissioner of State tax as a member of the West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling under the said Act. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 21st day of June, 2024.
