Amendment in Notification No. S.O.2205(E) dated 11.05.2022 for inclusion of new members in SEEPZ SEZ Authority - S.O. 3067(E) - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.2205(E) dated 11.05.2022 , for inclusion of new members in SEEPZ SEZ Authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: - 5. Sh. Adil K. Kotwal, Chairman/CEO, M/s. Creations Jewellery Mfg. Pvt. Ltd, SEEPZ SEZ 6. Shri Abhay Doshi, Managing Director, M/s. Fine Line Circuits Ltd, SEEPZ SEZ shall be substituted as under: 5. Shri Hasmukhbhai Dholakiya, Partner of M/s. H.K. Design (India) LLP, SEEPZ SEZ 6. Shri Sapinder Singh, Managing Director of M/s.
