Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 6th May 2024 NOTIFICATION No. 08/2024 - State Tax No. F 10-26/2024/CT/V(45). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 04/2024- State Tax, No. F 10-05/2024/CT/V(18), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 30 th January, 2024 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 36, dated the 06th February, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15 th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
