GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1270-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 07th day of August, 2024 [ Corresponding Central Notification No. 15/2024-Central Tax ] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 52 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this Department notification No. 1427-F.T., dated the 28th day of September, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification), published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-I, namely:- Amendment In the said notification, for the words half per cent. , the figure and word 0.25 per cent. shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 10th day of July, 2024.
