Seeks to bring in force various sections of The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 - 28/2023-State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 28th August, 2024 No. 28/2023-State Tax No. F. 3 (09)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2024-25/DS-I/715 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of section 1 of The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (01 of 2024), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 24 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
