GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(276)/26530 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (Goa Act No. 13 of 2024) (hereinafter referred to as said act ), the Government hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
