Seeks to bring in force provisions of Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 - 16/2024-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 16/2024-State Tax Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 20th September, 2024 GUJARAT GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. No. (GHN-37)/GST-2024/S.1(19)/GST Cell:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Guj. 9 of 2024), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
