Amendment of Notification no. 27/ST-2, dated 22.06.2017 under the HGST Act, 2017 - 30/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 9th October, 2024 No. 30/GST-2. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 27/ST-2, dated the 22nd June, 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 27/ST-2, dated the 22nd June, 2017, after the first paragraph,- (i) for the sign . existing at the end, the sign : shall be substituted; and (ii) the following proviso shall be added, namely:- Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to any person engaged in the supply of metal scrap, falling under Chapters 72 to 81 in the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). . 2.
