Seeks to bring in force provision of various sections of Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 - 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(282)/26862 - Goa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(282)/26862 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 6 of 2024) published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 28, Extraordinary No. 3 dated 11th October, 2024 (hereafter referred to as said Ordinance ), the Government of Goa hereby appoints. (a) The date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 6, 34 and 36 of the said Ordinance shall come into force; and (b) 1st day of November, 2024 as the date on which all other provisions of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
