Seeks to rescind Notification No. 08/2022-Central Excise dated 30th June, 2022- Exemption relating to certain applicable duties on petrol, diesel and ATF cleared for exports - 31/2024 - Central Excise - Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue)) NOTIFICATION NO. 31/2024-CENTRAL EXCISE New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2024 G.S.R. 743(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with section 112 of Finance Act, 2018 (13 of 2018), Section 125 of the Finance Act, 2021(13 of 2021) and Section 21 of General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 08/2022- Central Excise, dated the 30th June, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 496(E), dated the 30th June, 2022 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission. 2.
