GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 16, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2024), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 31 to 34 and 36 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
