Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 448, dated the 04th September, 2024 - S.O. 500 - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 13th December 2024 S.O. 500 Dated 13th December 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule(4A) of Rule 8 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Commissioner, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 448, dated the 04th September, 2024, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 890, dated the 04th September, 2024, namely:- In the said notification, (i) Against serial no. 21, in column (2), after the words Patna North Circle , the symbol and words Patliputra Circle shall be inserted. (ii) Against serial no. 22, in column (2) after the words Patna West Circle , the symbol and words , Patna Special Circle shall be inserted. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 04 th September, 2024.
