Amendment in Notification No. 17/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 - 08/2025- State Tax (Rate) - Bihar SGST

COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 16th January 2025 Notification No. 08/2025- State Tax (Rate) S.O. 57, Dated 16th January 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 9 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. 17/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 560, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:- 1. In the said notification, in the Explanation, for item (c), the following shall be substituted, namely,- specified premises has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (xxxvi) of paragraph 4 of Commercial Taxes Department notification No. 11/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 554, dated the 29th June, 2017. . 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1stday of April, 2025.
