Amendment of Notification No. 48/ST-2, dated 30.06.2017 under the HGST Act, 2017 - 10 /GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 16th January, 2025 No. 10 /GST-2. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.48/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 48/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, in the Table,- (A) against serial number 4, under column (3), after the words Any person , the words other than a body corporate shall be inserted. (B) against serial number 5AB, under column (4), after the words Any registered person , the words other than a person who has opted to pay tax under composition levy shall be inserted.
