Amendment in Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017 - 06/2024-State Tax (Rate) - Himachal Pradesh SGST

Notification No. 06/2024-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the GST Council, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification No.4/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette, vide number EXN-F(10)-14/2017- Loose, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 8. 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78,79, 80 or 81 Metal scrap Any unregistered person Any registered person . 2.
