No. MGST-1024 /C.R.-45/Taxation-1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), and in supersession of the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. GST-1020/C.R.47/ Taxation-1, dated 26th May 2020, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely : (a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax (CST-HQR-G-0005), Mumbai, Maharashtra State ; (b) Additional Commissioner, Central GST, Audit-II Commissionerate, Mumbai Zone, Government of India.
