MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st January, 1992 S.O. 96(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(2) of section 1 of the Constitution (Sixty-ninth Amendment) Act, 1991, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 1992 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
