CABINET SECRETARIAT (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29 th August, 1972 G.S.R. 391(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Constitution (Twenty-eighth Amendment) Act, 1972, the Central Government hereby appoints the 29th day of August, 1972, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
