MINISTRY OF WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12 th March, 1992 S.O. 204(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section (1) of the Constitution (Sixty-fifth Amendment) Act, 1990, the Central Government, hereby appoints the 12th day of March, 1992, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
