MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS New Delhi, the 11th February, 1987 NOTIFICATION S.O. 73(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Constitution (Fifty-fifth Amendment) Act, 1986, the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th February, 1987, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
