Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag-2 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1650 /XI-2-24-9(47)-17-T.C.-270- U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (333)-2024, dated January 8, 2025. No. 1650 /XI-2-24-9(47)-17-T.C.-270- U.P.Act-1-2017-Order (333)-2024 Dated Lucknow, January 8, 2025 IN exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (U.P. Act no. 17 of 2024), hereinafter referred to as the said Act, the Governor, hereby appoints,- (a) the 27th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 6, 34 and 36 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force; and (b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 5, 7 to 29, 30 to 33 and 35 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
