Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 24 th February 2025 No. F A 3-43/2017/1/V(09) : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department s Notification No. F A-3-43/2017/1/V(55) dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:- 1. In the said notification, in the Explanation, for item (c), the following shall be substituted, namely, specified premises has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (xxxvi) of paragraph 4 of notification number 11/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 28.06.2017. . 2.
