Amendment in Notification No. F-10-40/2017/CT/V(64), dated the 21st June, 2017 - 24/2024-STATE TAX - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 28th January 2025 NOTIFICATION NO. 24/2024-STATE TAX No. F 10-01 /2025/CT/V (07) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. F-10-40/2017/CT/V(64), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 21st June, 2017, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 243, dated the 22 nd June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, after the opening paragraph, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to any person engaged in the supply of metal scrap, falling under Chapters 72 to 81 In the first schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975). 2.
