Notification No. 09/2025-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017) read with rule 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), issued vide this department s Notification No. EXN-F(10)-1/2024 dated 7th September, 2024 and published in the Rajpatra (e-Gazette), Himachal Pradesh on 21st September, 2024, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to appoint the following dates as mentioned in column (3) of the table below, on which the provisions of rules specified in column (2) of the said table, shall come into force, namely:- Table S.
