To set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for light engineering including automotive/automotive component sector at Kalwara and Bhambhoriya villages, Tehsil -Ssnganer, District-Jaipur, in the State of Rajasthan. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited, a Private Organization in the State of Rajasthan, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for light engineering including automotive/automotive component sector at Kalwara and Bhambhoriya villages, Tehsil -Sanganer, District-Jaipur, in the State of Rajasthan And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirement are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for light engineering including automotive/automotive component sector at Kalwara and Bhambhoriya Villages Tehsil-Sanganer, District-Jaipur, in the State of Rajasthan on 23rd April, 2008; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at the said Villages at Jaipur District, in the State of Rajastan. comprising of the Khasra numbers and the areas given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely: Sl.
