Amendments in the Notification No. 21/2009-Customs (N. T.) - Rate of Exchange for Import and Export of Goods [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA , PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii), EXTRAORDINARY] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CENTRAL BOARD OF EXCISE CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO. 37/2009-CUSTOMS (N. T.) Dated the 24th March, 2009 03 Chaitra, 1931 (SAKA) S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/2009-CUSTOMS (N. T.), dated the 25th February, 2009 [S.O. 549(E), namely:- In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification for Serial No. 1 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE-I Sr. No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) (a) (b) (For Imported Goods) (For Export Goods) 1.
