Parts, components and accessories of mobile handsets including cellular phones - Exemption from SAD Amendment to Notification No. 19/2001- Cus. 13 th November, 2001 Notification No. 118 / 2001-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975(51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue), No. 19/2001-Customs, dated the 1 st March,2001, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S.No. 35 and the entries relating thereto, the following S.No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) "35A Any chapter Goods specified against S.No. 291A of the Table annexed to notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue), No.17/2001-Customs, dated 1 st March,2001, subject to the conditions specified in the Annexure to that notification in relation to such goods Nil " .
