NOTIFICATION

No. F. 3(13)/Fin.(T&E)/2008-9/ - In supersession of notification no. No. F. 3 (13)/Fin.(T&E)/2008-09/Jsfin./49 the 29th January 2009, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) and various provisions of Delhi Value Added Tax, Appellate Tribunal (Qualifications, Salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of Members) Rules-2009, hereby appoints Shri Sanatan Prasad, an officer of Delhi Judicial Service, as member of the Delhi Value Added Tax, Appellate Tribunal, on deputation basic, for a period of one year from the date of his joining

The terms and conditions of deputation in respect of Shri Sanatan Prasad will be settled in due course.
