C.C.E. (Appeals), Mumbai appointed C.C.E. (Appeals), Pune Notification No. 2/97-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 11-2-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Mumbai with all the powers exercisable by the Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Pune under the said Act and the rules made thereunder.
