(i) Mineral Oil Products - Interwarehousing movement without payment of duty to and from Paradeep in the State of Orissa (ii) Rule 139 - Removal of specified goods of Chapters 27 and 29 without payment from a licenced warehouse located in Paradeep (Orissa) Notification No. 31/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 29-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 299/83-C.E., dated the 31st December, 1983 and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967 (G.S.R. No. 1771, dated the 28th November, 1967), namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after item (zzn), the following item shall be added, namely :- " (zzo) Paradeep (Orissa) ".
