Modvat - Invoice as duty paying document - Date extended to 31-12-1994 Notification No. 30/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 29-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 57G of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 12th May, 1994. In the said notification, in the last paragraph, for the figures, letters and word "30th June, 1994", the figures, letters and word "31st December, 1994" shall be substituted.
