Export under bond - Amendment to Notification No. 85/87-C.E. Notification No. 2/94-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 25-1-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) of rule 57F of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby amends the notification number 85/87-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1987, as follows :- In the Appendix to the aforesaid notification, - (i) clause 3 shall be omitted; (ii) clauses 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 be re-numbered as 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
