Cement manufactured by mini cement plants - Amendment to Notification No. 24/91-C.E. Notification No. 1/94-C.E. Dated 1-2-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 24/91-Central Excises, dated the 25th July, 1991, namely :- In the third proviso to the said notification, for the figures and word "1,98,000 tonnes", the figures and word "2,20,000 tonnes" shall be substituted.
