Appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakanab, New Delhi NOTIFICATION NO. 83/2009-Cus.,(N.T.) Dated: July 13, 2009 S.O. 1721(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakanab, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:- (i) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), CFS Mulund, Mumbai; and (iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Euroasia Global, 8/6514, Hardhian Singh Road, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 and other issued vide, DRI F.No. 23/01/2007-DZU, dated the 25th March, 2009, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi F.No. 437/48 /2009-Cus.IV (M.M.Parthiban) Director (Customs) to the Government of India
