Specified goods falling under Chapter 90 Notification No. 457/86-C.E. Dated 1-12-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 71/86-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 11 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- THE TABLE 1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "12. 90.21 Parts and components of artificial limbs and rehabilitation aids for the handicapped. Nil If the parts and components are used in the factory of production in the manufacture of artificial limbs and rehabilitation aids for the handicapped".
