Polypropylene waste Notification No. 399/86-C.E. Dated 26-8-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 243/79-Central Excises, dated the 9th August, 1979, namely :- In the said notification, for the words and figures "sub-heading No. 5401.10", the words and figures "sub-heading No. 5401.90" shall be substituted.
