Amends Notification Nos. 55/86-C.E. and 222/86-C.E. Notification No. 361/86-C.E. Dated 8-7-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be denied in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE S. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 55/86-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 19, in column (2), for the figures' "7213.00", the figures "7213.90" shall be substituted. 2. 222/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 3, in column (2), for the figures "3921.22", the figures "3921.12" shall be substituted.
