Converted type of paper or paperboard Notification No. 306/86-C.E. Dated 16-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 63/82-Central Excises, dated the 28th February, 1982, namely :— In the said notification, for the words and figures "excluding wall paper, art and chrome board and paper falling under Heading No. 48.09 and 4 8.16", the words and figures "excluding wall paper, art and chrome board and paper, gummed or adhesive paper in strips or foils, falling under Heading Nos. 48.09, 48.16 and 48.17" shall be substituted.
