Tyres [Tariff Item 16] Notification No. 13/86-C.E. Dated 7-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 43/85-Central Excises, dated the 17th March, 1985, namely : — In the Table annexed to the said notification, — (i) against S. No. 2, in column (3) for the figures "4.00-8", the figures "3.50-10, 4.00-8" shall be substituted; (ii) for S.
