Customs Port appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 26/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-7-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-(NT)-CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5 relating to Gujarat, in column (3) against item (3), in column (4), - (i) in item (a), for sub-item (iii) and the entries relating thereto the following sub-item and entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(iii) cargo including plant and machinery for the 655 MW Combined Cycle Power Project of M/s. Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Limited, Paguthan, District Bharuch". (ii) in item (b), for sub-item (ii) and the entries relating thereto the following sub-item and entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(ii) Cargo including plant and machinery for the 655 MW Combined Cycle Power Project of M/s. Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Limited, Paguthan, District Bharuch."
