Land Customs Stations and Routes - Declaration of old Raghna Bazar - Amendment to Notification No. 63/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 23/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 4-6-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) and clause (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 namely :- In the table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 2 relating to Bangladesh, in column (3), after item number (81), and the entries relating thereto in column (4) the following shall be inserted, namely :- (3) (4) "81. A Old Raghna Bazar Road from Dharmanagar - Old Raghna Bazar to Betuli - Fultala (Bangladesh)".
