Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods - Amendment to Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 51/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-8-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, against entry (iv) in column 3, in column 4, for the entries the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
