Customs Port - Dahanu situated in Maharashtra appointed to be Customs port - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 40/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 24-6-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 8 relating to Maharashtra, in column (3), after item (7) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be added, namely :- (3) (4) "(8) Dahanu Unloading of duty paid coal imported by M/s. BSES Ltd.".
