Appointment of Customs Port in Gujarat State for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 11/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-2-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 5 relating to the State of Gujarat, against item (16) in column (3) relating to Muldwarka Port, in column (4), for the entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "unloading of imported coal, petroleum coke and furnace oil and loading of clinker and cement for export".
